Loved it. If you actually do what they recommend you will immediately begin feeling better, doesn't matter how bad you feel, you will enjoy results. Then after you feel better, the good stuff starts. Read it, do it, and then be pleasanlty surprised.

Not Quite Abraham
I'm afraid I understand the laws of attraction differently than the Hicks, though I know they profess this to be channeled. I'm quite sure many will benefit from this, yet another in the line of channellings, but for me, I'd have to couple this book with some of Chopra's work, and certainly with Gangi's work, whom I consider a true channel of God. Nevertheless, it provides the daily meditations and answers the need of many, so, good job.

Excellent Reference Book!
This book has been invaluable to me for years.In coming across an animal in life or in dreams, I have derived much insight from the lifecyle and meaning of the animal, and have applied the lessons to my own life.Whether it was a blue jay dying in front of me, or an elephant communicating with me at the circus, we co-exist with the animals on this blue planet and need to hear what they are saying.I also recommend "From the Horses Mouth" by Amelia Kincade, as the best book on animal communication I have read.

The one that changed my life
It's hard to maintain an appropriate scientific skepticism when you find a book that has no epidemiological basis but manages to answer all of your most vexing life questions. This is the book that just "clicked" with me.
Brings great peace of mind.
This book does more than any other book I have read to ensure peace of mind for those contemplating their own death or the death of a loved one. It gives detailed histories of soul progress from the time of death up to the choice of the next birth. The detail is convincing, and it fits with my extensive study of metaphysical literature on spiritual development and reincarnation. The stories carry more credibility because they come from a skeptical hypnotherapist who got into regression therapy to help people with behavior problems, and developed techniques for regressing the client to the cause of the problem. At first he was getting mainly childhood events, then he got a case involving a past life. In following his own curiosity, he learned to take clients through their death scene and into the various phases of life between lives. A Moving and Illuminating Look the Powers of the Heart and Mind
My spiritual journey began in 1996 and during that time I have read a great many spiritual books and attended workshops which have helped me to work through issues, some more than others. I have experienced times of gradual changes as well as moments that have propelled me to new levels. Reading Inspiration caused the latter of the two. Plagued with a closed heart in a particular area of my life was causing great anxiety and disorder but while reading Inspiration love and peace began to radiate throughout my entire being and the turmoil within myself shifted and melted away.

The Best News Yet or a Hoax?
This book is either the best news you've ever heard or it's total B.S.The authors' premise is that many people have been contacted by deceased loved-ones through various means; for instance, by visions of them, by hearing their voices, while the experiencers are awake, while asleep, etc.But the subjects have been reluctant to speak about them for fear of being deemed crazy.
This is a great book!
I have read several books on Near Death Experiences, and I came across this book while reading "Lessons From The Light."This is an excellent book.It is filled with so many great accounts of After Death Communications.If you have ever been interested in ADCs, then you need to read this....it will really make you stop and think.It helps you to realize that some things aren't simply "dreams" but actual ADCs!!I have had one, and it made me excited to learn that so many others have had the same experience.

I'd give it ten stars if I could

It really does point to the end of reincarnation
"The End of Reincarnation" by Gary Renard delivers what the title promises. Of course you have to do the work to make it happen, the forgiveness work, that is. But this isn't the old fashioned idea of forgiveness. It's more in harmony with the new physics than the old, Newtonian physics, which was based on separation. This new kind of forgiveness is based on oneness and wholeness, like quantum physics. I was very impressed by Renard's wide range of spiritual knowledge, his sense of humor, and his explanations of the modern spiritual guide, "A Course in Miracles." He goes into even more detail in his 7 hour set from Sounds True called, "Secrets of the Immortal," but "The End of Reincarnation" is a great introduction to a real method to break the cycle of birth and death, once and for all. ... This is also fuzzy and full of mystical terms.
I bought this book and Astral Dynamic.The beginning of the book is interesting, it is guiding you, but unfortunately the rest of the book is not so orginal or interesting. The style is bland, filled with fuzzy mystical terms, redundancies, and personal experiences that seem a bit contrived. The book is also overly long because of it's attempt to be an explain-all of the OOB phenomenon.
It is difficult to read.
Author use lots terminologies of his won, and it is divided into many details and very lengthy, it is difficult to read.

Lack of explanations.
No explanation is given as to how forms and entire environments can exist without spatial dimensions, nor why there can be a sequence of events and yet no such thing as time.

Pure Wisdom
Do it for yourself: This book at first will transform your general perspective and when you get it, believe me, your life becomes wiser and better after reading it.

Right on Target!
We're told to love other people as we love ourselves in the first part of this book. This teaching of Jesus Christ, known as the Golden Rule is the starting point of human relations building in this book's discussion on the laws of life. Another principle Jesus taught is found near the conclusion, i.e., that of giving. Templeton writes "Giving makes you a magnet for success" (p. 299). Do you need down to earth inspiration?
This is a must for anybody's personal library. No matter where you are in life, Sir John has done us all a great favour by writing this book. He uses a range of philosiphies and theologies to explain everyday events in our lives.Read more

Entertainment and nothing more
I probably would have never read this book had I not received it as a gift.However I am a fan of the occult and unexplained phenomenon, so I gave it a shot.The book is entertaining; if only for the fact that her assertions about things like crop circles, the pyramids, and Atlantis are outlandish and fanciful.Her research is morbidly flawed, she sites several websites, and never bothers to site any credible references.It's important to note that the book has no bibliography.Many of her conclusions are a result of information received from her spirit guide Francine, and it occurred to me many times while reading this book that perhaps Sylvia should take what Francine has to say with a grain of salt.
Love Sylvia Browne but not this book
I have read many of her books and I have found them all very interestingand great readings.Most i would read in a few days time but this book did fit my exceptations and struggled with reading it.It was much slower then the rest of her other books.Although i found many parts very interesting and knowledgeable, it just was not the kind of book i expected.But it's okay she can't have 100% great book out of the 20 some odd ones she already has out...

What I think about it...
I like that it's read by the author...I think it makes it that much better, but she doesn't read it word for word. So if you also have the book and try to match it up it doesn't work. She leaves paragraphs out in the auido and adds and changes words. I still like it though. It's interesting to hear her tell it. I think the concepts she brings up are extremely interesting as well. Since most people cannot hear the conversations he has with the dead... it would be in his head (little joke). I like this guy, Mr. Edward has created other learning materials that I have used and learned from. He knows what he is talking about and demystifies the spiritual realm quite a bit. It is not over the top and easy to understand.

VERY TOUCHING!
I believe in psychics as I have psychic dreams of what I am going to see or hear the next day myself. The one story that got me was the story of the Dad astronaut and the child waving good-bye as he blasted off into space. I won't give out anymore details, but buy it and see for yourself. It was tear jerking. All of his books are worth reading, even though this is my first one and his audio CDs are worth getting too.

A Big Growth for John & the Readers
After I recently read After Life, I am immensely moved by the last chapter Papa, Can You Hear Me?.It must have taken John a lot of courage to open up and tell a true story about himself and his father.

Great tool for support
I have read this book before and just recently re-purchased it based on some things that were going on in my own family. It is a great primer for both the person who may be experiencing a life threatening illness, or even just a life changing illness, as well as a guide for all of the family members and friends who may be offering support. It provides an expectation for the emotional roller coaster than both the patient and the family members will experience so that they are better prepared to work through the issues, and keep the lines of communication open.

A Wonderful Book
Someone gave me this book after my husband of 32 years died suddenly.I can only say I wish I had read it sooner.Two points make the book WONDERFUL for me.An acclaimed scientist and author wrote the text in 1977 and vocalized the unconditional love you experience after death.Secondly, when I was a lifeguard I had this experience while rescuing a child who did live but I almost died.My mentor told me I had only an hallucination due to oxygen deprivation.After that judgement by him, I never trusted the vision and feelings I had experienced.I rarely spoke of the incident and only to 2 very trusted friends who were dying of heart problems to give them comfort prefacing my experience with the words of my coach.While 'Life after Life' was validating, Kubler-Ross gets right to the point on page 16.Knowing that past experience was real would have made my husband's death easier for me I think.I hope this book helps you in your journey as the book helped me.I now give this book to anyone I know experiencing death.

This book was everything I wanted it to be!
From the author of "My Truths, Accepting Higher Knowledge"...One of the best books I have ever read.There is an absolute abundance of information provided in this book for any one who wishes to learn to channel.It was the source of inspiration I needed to pursue myinterests.I've referred many to this book as it is truly an excellent work.I am so appreciative.

If you want to learn to CHANNEL
...then this is a book that will definitely teach you that.I already speak to my guides regularly, and I thought this book would give me some insight into connecting on a deeper level with my guide, since that is what the subtitle purports to some extent.Unfortunately, this book really is all about channelling.It mentions the nature of spirit guides only in a cursory fashion, and in fact I found all of the introductory materials rather cursory.This is a book that will require you to practice regularly, and the exercises are geared toward you learning to channel.Furthermore, I was turned off of channeling as it is repeatedly made clear that the channelers often do not even understand, or remember, what they are channeling!Why would I want to learn to channel when I can already speak directly to my guides?I have always been a very utilitarian practitioner in all my spiritual endeavors and I feel like channelling is just... too involved a process. That may simply be my own bias.The book did explain channelling in a manner I could understand. Unfortunately, it really wasn't what I was looking for and it turned me off channelling altogether.

The most important book I ever read!
When, in 2002, I sat down to write, and eventually publish, my own spiritual autobiography (The Vortex: A True Story of Passion and Karma) I knew there was no way I'd be able to explain to my readers all the bizzare paranormal events I had described in my book. Explaining them wasn't even part of my agenda. Just sharing the story seemed like quite enough for me to undertake.
So many comments...
....and all of them true.I found myself tingling, resonating, learning and disbelieving through all of the three books.I must say, though, that I am surprised that so many people seem to have gotten ANSWERS to their life questions from them.I got a lot of hunches and hints and stimulating doubts from them, but.. answers?Definately not.And that is the point of discernment, I think.Fun to read and re-read, and yes, I quote them all the time.But then, I quote Eddie Izzard all the time too.

Life Changing
This book is life changing and has inspired me into more action!

It is time to know the things written in books such as this one.These things will help us all to move into a better life!

No longer do I suffer from guilt now or in the past!
You don't have to plug into who Ramtha is, his age, or his channel in order to have answers that make sense.I wrestled with guilt over things in the past and after I read this book, I knew guilt for what it was, a useless emotion and a negation of the fact that all of life teaches us in the process.Ramtha leans more towards a quantum physics of the who we are and how things work, and I'm a quantum physics fan because it's the only science that has explained all the wierd stuff I've encounted in my life.His words ring true for me, and I am falling back in love with the imperfect person I am now, seeking my own answers from the highest part of me, rather than chase someone else who might have answers they claim is the truth!Truth is totally subjective!I love reading the book! ... this is a very good book.it's basically an auto-biography and gives the reader an insight into sylvia's early life and early psychic adventures.also, shows childhood pics and pics of her sons and grandchildren...definitely a good read!!

Save your money
One star is too much. I didn't know much about Sylvia Browne before I read this book, but I now know all I want or need to. This book left a distinct bad taste. The first 60 pages were devoted to chronicling the young Sylvia's social life and the succession of beaus that were supposedly in love with her, as well the various outfits she wore and how she styled her hair before going out on a date. Gifted or not, the whole book seemed boastful and conceited. Plus I really question the spirituality of a person that could dismiss her mother's death as "no real loss" and refer to her ex-husband as "evil" andproceed to slander him at every turn. She constantly wanders off in her anecdotes focusing more on details of crimes rather than psychic ability. This is a vanity book. Save your money and find something else to read.

What those with lost loved ones want to hear
The name Sylvia Brown sounded vaguely familiar to me when a friend of mine told me about this book and borrowed it to me so that I could read it.She grew up in a non-religious household and seemed eager for something to believe, and so she enthusiastically recommended it to me.I suppose I fit comfortably into that category of people that "believers" classify as "skeptics," and I am amazed by some of the reviews for this book that recommend it to all skeptics, saying that it will make a believer out of them.It will not.

Believe in what you want to believe, but...
Realize that H. P. Lovecraft came up with the Necronomicon in his fiction.I don't see how people can believe in this stuff.Read some background information on the horror/weird fiction writer before diving into nonsense.There was never a necronomicon made by any Abdul Alhazred.

Malicious hoax
This book is a malicious hoax. If the magick in it works at all, it will just be to blow up in your face. The "real" Necronomicon was invented by H.P. Lovecraft in imitation of R.W. Chambers' The King In Yellow, a fictional tome that will drive anyone who reads it insane.
Where is mr. Simon? Not here on this earth, most likely.
I gave up listening to this mexican radio talk show which airs nationally in the country. On this show, they talk about the occult, possessed children with tiny horns [and who live in mexico-but they are stories which don't make the six o'clock news, or the front page newspaper story for the major papers], ghosts, etc., But there was this story in particular that called my attention. What happens to the brujos, or these magick men who sell their soul to the prince of this world, satan. According to the people of this small town in mexico, it was said that this magick man (the brujo) was seeking a recruit in the town in order to take over. But the mission was not accomplished, and the people of the town said(and these are no myths at all, because satanism is really heavy in mexico), that the man was ripped up the devil because his time was up. That was the pact between them two. This could be the same situation for Simon. I tell you nicely, but do not enter this stuff. Enjoy your life, and live peacefully without any type of magick in your life. Just go to a good church and follow Jesus!
